Days 12 & 13 fell a little bit off track with the meal plans, but all is good again today. Nothing like a "Fast Day" to put it all back together...
New Rule:
Don't try to take your BCAA's before you workout if your(my) workout have intervals. I almost get sick trying to push it so hard with that junk in my stomach. I am the kind of guy that can't eat anything before hard cardio workouts. Lifts, I'm good but not HIT or Intervals.
Besides that today's workout was great!!!
