Day 4 Protein Day

Today is going to be a good day. I am sore from working out, but it is a great soreness...

For breakfast I had 2 full eggs with 2 extra egg whites added. I threw in a serving of veggies and a little bit of light salt. 2 cups of coffee.

My AM snack was 1 serving of Edamame.

Workout - My fav workout of the TT Clash

Lunch was 4 servings of Broc/Cauliflower & 6oz of grilled chicken breast.

I will eat the rest of the Edamame this afternoon with 6oz chicken.

For dinner I will eat out, but I already know I will have grilled chicken with double the veggies & take out the rice...


Yeah!!! Tomorrow is Cheat Day!!!
