Day 32...

AM eats - Green Shake, 5 strawberries, 1 banana, Protein, & 2 ice cubes.

Lunch - Mango Chicken with brown rice

Snack - pear, pineapple, orange, & almonds

Dinner - Chicken lettuce wraps with Pineapple/Mango Salsa
