Ok I finished the day with:
Running an extra mile (race with John-john)
Redoing Insanity Cardio Circuit (Hope helped with this one)
Ate:
Banana w/ peanutbutter (250 cals)
baby apple (70 cals)
Pine apple (80 cals)
Banana (80 cals)
AM eats = 516
Drinks = 135
Lunch = 240
Snacks = 130
Dinner = 230
Water = 80oz
Total = 1251
I had a deficent day today, because of some things that were going on. All is good now, lets move on to the next and make it better.
