These are my personal workout entries and the eating lifestyles that I use. I hope this helps anyone who is trying to get or stay fit...
I think this guy may be anti-cardio & anti-beachbody, just a lil bit...
ReplyDeletePeople like flashy & change it up programs like these. It helps them get on the wagon when they know hundreds of over people like them are doing the same program.
He is right on some aspects, but not all of them.
Here is the bottom line for me with this workout:
A. This workout is not designed to build or increase muscle mass.
B. This is quick Cardio for those of us who can't spend the time in the gym.
C. This work out will shred you down and rip you up if you use it with the meal plan.
If you look at some of the before and after pic's you will see people that were not that fat to begin with, but are shredded at the end of the 60 Days.
